July 11th 2019’s Episode

Well, when I’m watching this episode, I’ll be missing something that I would have liked to see. Since I have to blog about this show and don’t have much turnaround with it, I won’t be able to either see this episode live or to watch the feed. If I don’t see it live, I’ll have to update this blog on Friday. But I do not really want to do that as I’ve been ignoring my movie watching list from then for quite a while. Plus, I will be missing the live stream on Sunday as well. Movie update: On Friday, as usual as of recently, I watched nothing. On Saturday, I watched North by Northwest. I replaced that with Madagascar from Monday’s old list. On Sunday, I watched The Little Mermaid. I couldn’t replace that with a choice from Monday’s old list. So I replaced it with something that my sister made called Decker Family DVD. On Tuesday, I watched Baby Boom. I was able to replace that with Bean: the Movie from Monday’s old list. This means Monday’s list is officially dissolved. On Wednesday, I watched The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh from Sunday’s list. I replaced that with the first Ice Age movie.

The number eight might be harder to multiple by than some other numbers are. But keeping with my theme of doing a video from Schoolhouse Rock in each new blog post this season, well, in honor of the eighth episode of the season, enjoy Figure Eight. Continuing with the theme of the number eight (my blog today is brought to you by the number 8 and the letter x for some reason), here is the eighth season’s theme song of CSI: Miami. I am planning to add at least one cast member from CSI: Miami to the potential cast updates of this blog, once the show is over and I’m still blogging about it. Meanwhile, the cast of CSI: Miami will also be mentioned some in my CSI: Cyber blog, starting this coming month. I won’t mention the same people in both blogs. The first act begins with a recap of Mina, the crazy imposter from earlier in an episode I hadn’t reviewed for this blog and am still generally confused by. Marcus brings a suspect into the interrogation room and there’s a big ball there. How they’d get one of Chuck Norris’s testicles in this show? They caught the man in this overall unimportant case.

Sherlock and Watson talk to the fake Mina who they feel got away with the murder of an FBI agent, but not fraud. Cassie is what she calls herself, although she doesn’t know what her real name is. She then says that someone she cared about was murdered and wants them to solve it.

The second act has Watson reading about Heather, the dead friend of Cassie. Sherlock doesn’t think that she is telling the truth. Heather was an old foster mother of Cassie. Sherlock doesn’t think that most of her stories can be confirmed. Whatever went on with Heather, Cassie wants to make sure that this woman has justice. Marcus talks more about the case, but says to be careful regarding her.

Sherlock says what some of the rules and expectations are regarding her stay here with him. Cassie talks to a man who was married to Heather. Sherlock thinks that Heather’s death was just a random act of violence. Her husband thought that she might have been having an affair or, at least, acting suspicious. There was a weird think with work that had gone on, according to her. Sherlock sees two homicide detectives outside the house he was at and they say that the formula that Heather was using was stolen, which might have lead to her death.

The third act has people looking at the five families who might have done racketeering. An agent had been working with Heather in order to take down illegal people. This might have lead to her death when one got wise. Cassie wants to convince Sherlock that she had actually connected with Heather out of all of the people that she knew. Watson thinks that Cassie wanted them to lead her into the game. Sherlock is convinced that there is an agenda that Cassie has.

He checks the halfway house that she lives at right now. She was obsessing with true crime stories. We then see the people on the case talking to a suspect in the case. Cassie talks to Watson about a woman named Pamela who Cassie says is her mother who was impregnated by Sherlock. Watson doesn’t buy this. Cassie thinks that the suspect is innocent due to the gift that was gotten. It was a secret that Heather had liked this sort of gift. Sherlock notices that all of these true crime stories are unsolved, close to where they are, and had humanizing victims. This reveals to him that they are the targets that she was looking for regarding her own agenda.

The fourth act has Cassie talking with Sherlock. He thinks that she wanted a connection. He admits that he didn’t have as good a family growing up as she felt he had. But he still offers her advice. The team thinks that the suspect from earlier is probably in the clear. They still look for more information out of all of the suspects in the cases.

Cassie notices that a guy was likely to steal something based off of footage from a store she is shown. We learn that formula might be taken off of subsidies as a result of the case in question and a vote in favor of or against it might be important as well. Sherlock thinks that he knows who might be the most likely suspect in the case and wants to prevent a crime before it happens. Cassie comes to this man’s place and offers a bribe in exchange for her silence. I can’t ever remember silence.

The fifth act has Sherlock catching Cassie after she went to Leo’s house. Leo got someone to kill Heather and arranged a meeting to get money for her silence. This information is used to catch Leo. So is she a good guy now? Sherlock talks to her about finding out her real name. She can change her own name and be whoever she wants to be now.

On the next Elementary, there was a police dog killed that looked for weed, if I can tell what was there based on the promo. Maybe a woman was killed or just assaulted or maybe the dog was kidnapped. What I know for sure is that I’ll have to see the next episode to know what will happen. Know that the next post will be on Friday so I put another blog on Thursday instead. July 4th 2019’s Episode

As I might have promised to do in the last post, I was going to mention the Thursday shows that I watch besides this one. I’m not too annoyed that they aired a new episode on Independence Day. This year was the first time in quite a while that I wound up doing something then. Now the show iZombie, which is also airing its final season, didn’t air a new episode on July 4^th. But that might be more towards the style that the CW still does with airing shows. I’ve been watching reruns of The Good Wife for a bit now and might be switching to The Outpost soon. I can’t think of any other Thursday shows that I watch right now.

I’m wondering something about the plot of this show. Is Marcus still becoming a marshal? They had this set up as a plot point, but seemed to have abandoned it. Is it still something that could happen in the future or did he more or less abandon working for them after Tommy was shot?

Movie update: On Friday, I once again chose to watch nothing. On Saturday, I watched The Lion King. I replaced that with The Lion King 1 ½ instead of something from Monday’s old list. On Sunday, I watched Ghost Town. I replaced that with Shrek 2 from Monday’s old list. On Tuesday, I watched A Time to Kill. I replaced that with The Princess Bride from Monday’s old list.

If you know multiples, you might know some better than others. You might learn tricks about how to find out if a number is divisible by another and thus, which ones are easier to remember. The multiples of seven are worse than any number before it as it is the first prime not to leave you with much of a sense as to what to do with it going forward. Still, maybe you can get more out of Lucky Seven Sampson than I ever did.

I’d have to rewatch the show to see a lot of CSI: Miami to see what the difference between each of the seasons outside of the casts were. Here’s a link to the seventh season theme song. If you want to see another great show set in Miami, the final season of Jane the Virgin is airing now.

I kept referring to the new major character of this season as Orin. It turns out that his name is Odin, not Orin. He’s like the Final Fantasy summon that can instantly kill all your opponents if they can be killed that way. I don’t know if I should share videos of that summon here or not. I won’t just yet.

There is another Elementary reviewer that I feel like sharing with you about. This person reviews at the website tv.com. I’m annoyed with its lack of updates recently, but at least this person is still doing their reviews. I like parts of it, although I do wish that she (I think the writer is a she) would do more with her posts, but I get more than I would out of just seeing the episode by watching it.

The first act begins with Tommy being reintroduced to his precinct with the old leader (Captain Dwyer) at the 11^th one going back to just that one. He talks about the World Series of 2000 which was the Mets versus the Yankees with the Yankees winning in five games. Tommy lost the bet and never had paid up yet. As a returning gift, he gets a giant shield. A woman comes up and announces her retirement which is to Tommy’s surprise. A man with a gun arrives at a place and some woman shows up only to find this man dead, thinking he had a different surprise ready.

The second act has Riddly, the victim, brought into the morgue. He was like a vigilante, I think. He was a thief of sorts. A drug that Sherlock thinks wasn’t spread a certain way was blamed for the death. They talk to Riddly’s girlfriend who talks about his crusade against drug dealers. Sherlock is convinced based on science that touch wasn’t what killed Riddly. Riddly might have neglected a cat. Sherlock was not at the return celebration for Tommy since he was busy dealing with Odin.

Tommy thinks that Captain Dwyer might have done things like sexual harassment while here. He thinks that officer Milocheck, the random woman cop from earlier, might have been negatively affected by him and Watson thinks that Tommy should ask him to see how he responds. She asks Sherlock about this. A cat was not owned by Riddly, according to Watson, but Sherlock notices cat hair, which doesn’t make sense due to Riddly having a cat allergy. Sherlock notices that this might have caused Riddly to use an inhaler which lead to him inhaling the drug that lead to his death.

The third act has Watson and Marcus explaining that the drug run was made to look like an accident. They think that the Russians are behind this. Did we portray them as villains a lot before 2016? Sherlock wants to talk to a Russian spy from earlier that was in the recap that I don’t remember. She used to be a stripper. What book was she reading? Was it a real one? She talks to Sherlock about Riddly’s death. Also, the drug used was fentanyl, which my computer can’t spell. Sherlock says that he could make the case go away if she wants it to. Later, we see Tommy talking to Captain Dwyer about what happened since Captain Dwyer has a history of sorts relating to this.

Tommy talks to Marcus on the phone as a new victim named Cicil is brought in. Perhaps Cicil is a dark knight who never became a paladin. They think that he was killed because he was a loose end of sorts. They talk to a woman who is grieving over this new death, perhaps a wife. It is likely that a foreign government might have killed Cicil according to the team. They find the stash house that was ripped off.

The fourth act has Sherlock and Watson talking about the case and Sherlock’s color code system. Cicil might have been killed by Riddly. They have to find out where Cicil’s money is in order to find out what they need to solve both cases.

Sherlock meets with the Russian woman at a nice restaurant where she talks about different things and points to where a person lives. This place is exploded. Tommy talks to officer Milocheck. She thinks that there are more issues at this place and thinks that the only nice man here was Tommy. She doesn’t want to make the news as she feels that she will be blamed for what had gone on. I don’t quite get what might have happened. Sherlock told the CIA about the bombing at the apartment. While looking for information, Watson thinks that a page cracked the case and shares it with Sherlock.

The fifth act has Cicil’s wife brought in as the final suspect. They explain how a new policy would require them to clean money which required a change in the law. She thinks that it was all Cicil’s fault. But the cat hair was likely the reason that she was able to be caught. Officer Milocheck then explains what had happened to her. It was bathing suit pictures that were sent by Captain Dwyer with comments. Tommy insists that he’s a cop friend until the end. That’s it for this episode in question. June 27th 2019’s Episode

While you probably don’t care about most things in this blog outside of the episode recap that I give you in it, I do have to wonder if there will be a new episode of this show next week on Independence Day. I will not care too much if there is one or not. I don’t really do much then anyways. But there is something random that I should tell you about. While I’m slowly making progress in reading a rotation of books of different sorts, I once again have to take the one called Lights, Camera, Fiction out of my rotation in order to watch a movie before I can continue reading the book.

Movie update: On Friday, I watched nothing to ensure that I could yield it to another blog. On Saturday, I was too busy again to watch a movie. On Sunday, I watched nothing as I turned out to be doing other things at the time I normally would have watched a movie. On Monday, I watched a post gathering DVD of the 2007 LCMS National Youth Gathering. I was not able to replace this was anything since there are no more n or o choices to add to my list. Thus, Monday’s list is getting dissolved.

On Tuesday, I watched The Devil Wears Prada. I replaced that with Despicable Me 3 from Monday’s list. On Wednesday, I had the chance to watch a movie from a scab list for the first time this summer. I saw Celtic Woman: A New Journey. I replaced that with Celtic Woman: Songs from the Heart, unable to get a replacement right now from Monday’s list. That catches me up to today.

SPOILER. As usual, I’m going to talk about politics in this random spoiler tag instead of an actual spoiler. They are airing part 2 of a Democratic debate tonight on NBC. I won’t be able to watch it as I’ll be seeing this show instead and NBC has terrible reception where I live during the summer. I would be interested in this, but won’t see this particular debate. I do wonder if they’ll be a Republican debate of Bill Weld versus Trump. Do people even know that Bill Weld is even in the race as a Republican for president? You'd think that would be more important than it is. END SPOILER.

I’ll admit that watching various School House Rock videos make me wonder if there’s always a certain bit of awkwardness to all of them. Some seem more awkward than others do. But in honor of the sixth episode of the season, it is time to learn about the multiples of six. I’ve Got Six. Do you?

The first act has Sherlock and Watson continuing their conversation with Orin. He talks about a school shooting that had happened. The signs had been there on his servers. Only he seems to be taking the law into his own hands. Perhaps he is like Vincent Sobel or Oliver Queen or Bruce Wayne.

Marcus talks to a woman who is convinced that something is wrong since a man is missing. This man had PTSD and had forgotten his phone at home. She thinks he might have killed himself. She shows Marcus around to see more of the things that Davis has. Marcus thinks that Davis used his rifle on someone else. But who might be dead and why?

The second act has Sherlock and Watson talking to each other about Orin’s behavior. Sherlock had to get rid of his devices on his computers. He thinks that they shouldn’t tell Tommy or Marcus about what is going on. He plans to take the case to the NSA. I don’t want them to snoop on me, but I have nothing to hide so I wouldn’t mind if they did.

Watson and Marcus talk to the woman from earlier. What’s her name? I don’t know yet. The passwords were changed a lot and they find a sex tape of sort. Sherlock talks to a man about Orin. He will owe the agency if they go through with the case. Marcus and Watson talk to a woman who owed him money. This woman is named Juliana. Davis needed her to launch a platform and wouldn’t kill her as a result. Others are looked into as potential persons of interest. I think that Marcus talks to Davis about potential targets, but Davis didn’t know who it might be. More information is sought.

The third act has people questioning whether or not Davis might have been drugged. Who is Barron? Is that the first name of Davis? Why can’t they just call people by one name? I think that’s a different man, although I can’t tell who that is. A doctor is confronted when they see him destroying documents. He was destroying a paper that he made on Barron on a unique situation that Barron had. While this doctor had tried to sedate more information from Barron, Barron caught him. But someone else could be dead because of learning about this.

Sherlock talks to the NSA agent again. Some things will remain secret, but they can get Orin on tape if Sherlock can get him talking. The rest of the main case is investigated and I think that I missed parts of this at one point. Watson and Marcus are still confused. And what happened to Tommy?

The fourth act has Marcus talking to his current boss about Barron, who died at one point. When did they find him? There might not be any test subjects known right now. Watson looks up information in the medical community to help solve the murder. Plants in Guatemala might be important in some way. The beans might not have been able to be used. Sherlock has another meeting with Orin. I still don’t know if I’m spelling his name right. I’m not sure if I’m hearing it right.

Orin seems to be doing precrime like in the movie Minority Report. Sherlock notices that Ruthie, a bus driver, was killed in what seemed like a home invasion gone wrong. Sherlock points out that a fifth of the people that were killed could have been innocent in some way. Ruthie could have had something similar to bipolar disorder. Orin says that a decision will be sent his way over the next potential danger. We then get Marcus and Watson talking to a new woman about the case. Watson mentions that there could be issues arresting this person.

The fifth act has Watson and Marcus talking to a pregnant woman. They think that she killed Barron. She might have set up the planned attack that Davis was doing. Barron was the target since she was carrying his baby with the strong genes. Sherlock mentions to the NSA agent that he was working with Orin as he had a clear case against him with evidence he shouldn’t have had. This agent threatens all of the people that Sherlock knows. This agent then talks with Orin. Orin still wants to recruit Sherlock. Sherlock isn’t open about what’s going on to Watson.

On the next Elementary, there appears to be a bombing of some sort and we have to make sure that our clocks are set. They are airing a new episode on July 4^th. I don’t think that I’ll be able to blog about it right away so look for it on the Monday after the episode airs. It could be here on a Thursday as usual, but don’t expect that to happen. June 20th 2019’s Episode

Well, I thought that it might be bad enough covering just one summer show for a blog of mine. Now, I have to cover two. The once only CBS all access exclusive show, The Good Fight, is now airing reruns of its first seasons. The show is on DVD for anyone to buy. But I’d like to stay as caught up with it as I can as it airs this time around and can hopefully get caught up sometime with more of it. Movie update: I decided not to watch a movie on Friday since I was posting a blog that day and could not risk rolling a choice that would make me update my TV blog. I realize that I could have just updated it the next available day I could write a post if I needed to write one at all, but as jam packed as am with all these blogs that I have to write, I figured that it wasn’t worth the risk. On Saturday, I was busy and did not have time to watch anything. On Sunday, I watched a movie that wasn’t on my list.

Continuing the movie update, on Monday, I watched Bend it Like Beckham. I replaced that with Bean: the Movie. On Tuesday, I watched Catch Me if You Can. I replaced that with Baby Boom. This catches us up to the current day.

Since I’m sharing all of the multiplication rock videos, I might as well get to the one for multiples of five. This show was called Ready or Not, Here I Come. From what I understand, this is a parody of another song, but I don’t know what. I got annoyed that it or something similar was used in a Victoria’s Secret commercial a while ago. Do I want to associate women in their underwear with childhood songs? Are there people who’d want to conceive babies to something like c is for cookie? You’d ruin the song. Why would you want something like a is for apple to make you aroused? “Hey, look! It’s the stripper from the kids’ show!” There’s a reason that line is from The Simpsons and not reality.

I also realize that there’s another song by the same name called Ready or Not, Here I Come. I think that a version of it was used in a trailer for one of the Mission Impossible movies. But now I’m getting to my next mention of a theme song from CSI: Miami before getting to what happened in the episode. Know that this is the fifth season’s theme song.

The first act has a man from a company talking in front of people. The place is called odker. Watson is watching this online. Sherlock feels that this man is doing less than he should be doing in life. But she says that he did a big donation to a gun buyback program done in her name. We later get to a runner in a race getting stabbed in the back and dying on a race course. It also appears that there’s one or two new people in the cast this season. I’m a bit bothered that Watson is the only woman in the cast in all of its seasons thus far. Could they not think of someone else to add?

The second act has a roommate talking about Isabelle’s death. That’s the runner who died. It was an adventure race that was being run, meaning that there was no set course. Sherlock and Marcus look at a place that has someone’s blood. Sherlock thinks that it is someone’s blood who isn’t Isabelle. They think that a shooter might have gotten Isabelle after she witnessed it, but parts don’t add up yet. Watson then meets with the creator of odker. She talks with him about the gun buyback donation. He admits that he needs her help as someone threatened his family and he thinks that it could be someone who is on his payroll. Someone threatened to kidnap his niece.

Watson talks to Sherlock about this man named Orin, I think. I heard that a new character like him might appear in this season. But my Sherlock Holmes expert friend wasn’t familiar with him from the stories, although I heard that’s where he’s from. Does anyone know who can comment on this blog? The team is brought into the case and find a man and a hog as dead bodies. But they still can’t figure out some of what is going on at the moment.

The third act has Watson talking to their current boss about ricin being used to kill the hog. They come up with a theory into Remi, the dead man, and why he might have helped make poison. He made illegal alcohol. Marcus talks to a man in a bar about the case at hand. Remi’s boss Bo might have been the one who killed the three people. Sherlock and Watson look more into Orin’s employees. Sherlock thinks that a man named Blake might be behind the threat. Marcus learns that Bo is cleared of these murders, but learn of a man named Harris who could be behind the recent killings. They find a man who was shot and has a blindfold over his eyes.

The fourth act has more regarding Harris. He types on a computer since he’s not able to communicate in any other way right now. He explains what happened. They feel that he was a victim too of the same man who went after the other people. Sherlock looks more into the Orin case but doesn’t feel that he knows the suspect anymore as Blake appears to be in the clear. Sherlock talks to a man and a woman about their rare alcohol that lead to these deaths.

Sherlock and their team talk to the potential victims about what motivates their potential killer has. The cameras go out and so does the radio. Sherlock sees that his marked bottles were switched out. Marcus announces what’s going on to the guests at the party so they can solve the case.

The fifth act has Marcus explaining how the criminal was able to do what he or she did. Colby, who is a bartender that Marcus talked to earlier, is the main suspect that Sherlock is able to identify as the rest of these people leave the place. Sherlock explains more of what went on with that case. Abigail is safe as Orin sent them on a wild goose case. Orin wants them to release Patrick. He might be responsible for some of what was going on. He wanted Tim killed as he took the law in his own hand in order to prevent the planned attack from happening. We will be seeing more of him.

On the next Elementary, Sherlock needs to learn whether or not they can trust Orin. I wouldn’t think that they should trust him at all just yet. He seems like he might be one of those anti-heroes. After what they did with Michael last season, would they really put another clear villain of the season in the show? I guess we’ll see. SPOILER. I think that he’s a villain based on a source that I read once. END SPOILER. We will find out later as I guess we will find out what happens more as the season progresses. June 13th 2019’s Episode

Since I had to hurry and write posts after I was able to catch up on the episodes I missed after the trips that I was on, I wondered how and when to write what posts. I thought intentionally that I would only have certain days of the week that I would allow myself to post updates on. But I decided against this for many reasons and thought that I would post all of them in rapid succession. I put the second episode of the season on the day this episode aired and thought that the next two episodes would make the most sense with posting them the next two days afterwards. Other days of the week will be covered with other blogs that I do.

Movie update: There’s not much to tell you about. After the trip ended, I really only had time to watch Raising Arizona the day before this newest episode aired. Beyond that, there was not really any time for me to watch movies. After watching it, I replaced it with The Omega Code.

Some of the School House Rock videos that I want to share are more memorable than others. Well, I am now going to share how to multiple by fours. This still gives me a bit of trouble in some cases and am only able to really get them all largely due to tricks learned later, remembering other multiples instead of this one, and an odd enough trick where I remember what I can’t remember as well. Still, maybe you will have more luck than me if you go to The Four Legged Zoo.

When I was looking up CSI: Miami videos, I started to wonder if they reused the same theme songs for multiple seasons. Whether they did or didn’t, this is what I found as the best video for the fourth season of that show.

The first act has Sherlock showing up at a freshly made grave. Tommy appears to be dead now and he is talking to Captain Dwyer, who is taking over the job that Tommy has. Sherlock thinks that he is having a dream of sorts and is smart enough to know this since he keeps having this dream. He wakes up from it, proving that it is a dream. Tommy has woken up in the hospital and Sherlock looks forward to looking forward and past their issues in the past. A truck driving is singing and crashes into another vehicle. We see a woman trying to help and an explosion kills her.

The second act has Marcus explaining the type of bomb that went off. More investigation is going on into what happened. Sherlock notices a white cross on a field of blue. SBK might be back in the show. We have not seen them since two seasons ago. Martrace is the likely suspect, but I do not remember him from a sister in a box case. Watson talks to Tommy who explains more of what happened to him over the last few days. There was a gap between the confrontation and him getting shot.

We see a man who coaches a kid’s team called the bulldogs. I wonder if they are playing the wildcats, the most likely name of a made up sports team versus the second most likely name. Sherlock talks to this man from the sister’s death case. I wonder why this wasn’t in the recap. The bomb had nothing to do with terrorism. Sherlock thinks that the traffic light was broken or hijacked, causing it to be green for both of the drivers, causing the accident. Feds show up to the precinct to research the case. But the tables are turned on them as Sherlock thinks that one of them intentionally did this in order to help with their own agenda.

The third act has Sherlock and Watson informing their plan about the feds going on. None of them are considered suspects anymore, but we don’t know just how far this might go. Only one person stays to explain her idea of what’s going on. She thinks that she knows the person responsible for the crash. We get to Sherlock and Watson talking about more of what’s going on. They might have cracked the reason why Patrick lied about some of what happened with Tommy.

Marcus talks to a man about a Trojan horse that relates to some sort of case going on. Watson talks to Patrick who is in the DOC now. Watson tries to explain to Patrick that she knows that he’s protecting another person. I still can’t crack what’s going on yet. But that’s the point. Sherlock meets a man and another one named Phil who is seeking people named Overlord and Mouse Cream. There are a lot of traffic cam cheat codes that were used in order to change the system. A bunch of lights were hacked that night, according to Phil. Lights were hacked on Broadway. They watched the Empire street lay low. Sherlock notices that it was the other truck that was trying to be crashed.

The fourth act has Marcus and Sherlock talking to the singing driver (Jarius) from earlier. They think he was a target and they want him to explain why he might be that target. Jarius explains that his truck was delivering building supplies for elevators. (Uh-oh. Is that where I left my baby?) They want to make sure that good and faster elevators like the one at one world trade center were not able to be used.

The man who talked to Marcus, the IT man, might be the man responsible for this hack. Sherlock finds this man dead. Watson talks to a woman who insists that he wouldn’t be responsible for terrorism. Watson wants to try to talk to a man online, but he removes this person from his friend list. Sherlock and Jarius talk on the phone and they need to figure out how to go after the puppet master.

The fifth act has Caraman, a man whose son-in-law Saul was killed in the explosion, being talked to be Marcus and Sherlock. They explain how things didn’t go according to plan until Sherlock plays his hand that reveals that a mole named Sandra was responsible for what was going on while it all lead back to this man, Caraman, or however you spell it. Watson explains more about the various cases while she is taking Tommy out of the hospital. Meanwhile, Patrick talks to the woman who talked to Watson earlier. She reveals more about the video game messaging. She’s told to reveal that Watson is trouble to these other players in the game.

On the next Elementary, a runner is killed on or during a race. A dead hog is important. Sherlock thinks that the killer is in the room with them. Well, not much else can be gathered from the promo. I hope to be able to keep posting about this show every Thursday after the episode airs. I’ll explain more of what might change in this blog and if I have to suddenly stop it, but only if it comes to pass. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.

June 6th 2019’s Episode

So many people know of a children’s entertainment channel called School House Rock. They did a lot of educational songs. The ones that I’m most familiar with are the Multiplication Rock. I had a computer game as a child that had two disks on it related to School House Rock. One was full of arcade based games that never kept track of the high score. The other was the more main game where the final part of the game had you taking a tour bus through a game challenge.

The main mascot of the game was Lucky Seven Sampson from the song of the same name. Various other characters from Multiplication Rock show up as well in games that must be completed to get to the game at the end. It had the superhero from My Hero Zero, maybe the kid and father from Elementary, My Dear, the magician from Three is the Magic Number, the farmer from Ready or Not, Here I Come, the skater from Figure 8, the cat and mouse from Naughty Number Nine, and the alien from Little Twelve Toes. Since this is the third episode of the season, enjoy Three is the Magic Number, my favorite of all of the songs from this series and perhaps the most memorable.

As you might have guessed by now, I’m going to get to a CSI: Miami theme song. Which season? Well, I’m going to get to the third season’s one in this post. Maybe it will make more sense why I’m sharing them after I start doing the cast updates of this show, if I do them at all, that is. I wouldn’t think that I would not do them, but I’d have to see what happens on the show first. Enjoy the theme song and I will get to the recap of the episode next.

The first act has Sherlock talking with the head of the New York field office. He requested this man since he had dealings with Morland Holmes. Sherlock talks about all of the issues with the case that he had confessed too. We switch to a man who goes on a rant over a damaged art piece. It turns out that a man named Virgil was under this piece of art, dead.

The second act has Sherlock looking into the case. Did he really get out that easily? I guess that he did. Or maybe he didn’t. The surveillance system was shut off and Sherlock looks throughout this place as he finds a tooth that proves that Virgil was killed and moved under the artwork in order to make it looked staged like an accident. He moves stuff back into his old house. He also explains to Watson about why he did what he did. The team travels to where a man has random artwork. He was the victim of a break in, but it appears that nothing was stolen.

Marcus figured out that Sherlock was here in the US and meets up with him. Marcus knew the whole time that Sherlock was back here. Virgil was looking for information when he had turned off the system of security. The team realizes that since Virgil was collecting blackmail, one of his victims could be his killer. But who did it?

The third act has a captain from another squad coming in and working both places. There are a lot of people that are suspects in this case. Sherlock tells them about who is the most likely suspect in the case of who killed Virgil. They talk to a man who gives valuable information about the case. The looted items are still in the country and are protected by an agreement that gave another suspect no reason to kill Virgil. Sherlock wants to talk to a foreign dignitary about the case. She pulled out of a deal. There was a land disagreement between Ethiopia and another place.

The fourth act has the team talking to the dignitary about the issues in the case. The case seems to all rely on issues with artwork. They talk to the main person from earlier who might have been partners in crime with Virgil. But it once again doesn’t point back to him. Sherlock talks about wanting to stay in the US if things work out well while potentially working for Scotland Yard as well. Eric (who is that?) might have been the main suspect in the case.

The fifth act has Eric who was twice cleared as the main suspect in the case. Galvin was a hit man who had killed Gwen. Who is Gwen? I think that I am missing too much in this. A man starts shooting at Eric. This leads Eric to turning himself in. It was a friend of Sherlock who had done this. Sherlock talks to a man who seems to be blackmailing Sherlock in some way. I think this was the police chief from earlier. I do not get this just yet. Hopefully, things will be back to normal starting in the next post. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.

May 30th 2019’s Episode

Now that the trip that I was on was over, I can finally start getting caught up on these blog posts. I did have other stuff that I wanted to talk about in this introduction, but I think that I will wait until a future one to tackle all that I need to. I wonder if a new episode of this show will air on July 4^th or not. I would not care if it did as I normally don’t do anything major on that day. I guess we’ll see. I might be busy with all the other blogs I’ll need to post and may even be starting a new blog this Sunday. Expect a post in this blog the next two days until I’m caught up.

SPOILER. This isn’t a real spoiler as I’m instead spending this time talking about the Kentucky governor race of 2019. Matt Bevin is currently the most hated US governor. Like so many before him, he still went on to win the Republican primary for governor. Meanwhile, Andy Beshear won the Democratic primary. I will have to do more research into Andy to see if I’ll support him in the future. I don’t know if I should believe any negative ads about Andy as Republicans tend to make stuff up, based on what I saw in the last election cycle. We’ll see what happens. END SPOILER.

I don’t think that there are other animal related videos that I’ll want to share for a bit. I have a new theme of songs to share instead. I’ll explain at the beginning of next post.

With each new post, I’m sharing CSI: Miami video of a season’s theme song. This post, I’m sharing the one of season 2. I don’t know if there are some seasons that have more than one version of a theme song or not. It is possible that some do. I guess that I’ll find out in good time. Here’s a link to this.

I thought that it would be easy to catch up on this show later online. Sadly, I had difficultly watching this online. CBS just went from having the best website of watching shows online to the worst. My main laptop does not have an updated enough browser to play shows on it anymore due to what this site now wants players to have. I wasn’t able to update it at all as updates for this laptop stopped a while ago. Now I have a newer laptop that I thought would work well, but I still needed to download google chrome on it instead of being able to use internet explorer edge. There were still some more of the whole glitches with it while I watched, but was able to see this and the next episode. Now let’s get to the review of this show so I don’t waste more time complaining about various things.

The first act has what must be a flashback of two punks finding Tommy after he was shot. This one man then comes and talks to Marcus. Watson randomly shows up there in the US. Sherlock will do what he can from London, according to Watson. But he is here in the US.

The second act has Sherlock and Watson talking about the case at hand. Sherlock knows that he is taking a risk by doing this. Tommy’s wife talks to Watson at the hospital. Sherlock tries to reenact the crime scene in front of the man from earlier. He finds that the route that Tommy took was different than he thought that it should be. He tells Watson about this and they try to piece together why he was on the route that he was. Through this, they find a ball park where the shooting occurred. While looking at the crime scene more closely, they find a dead body.

The third act has Marcus and Watson getting information about the case in question. The man had been missing for a while. How long has he been dead? Sherlock and Watson talk to the dead man’s (Tim’s) mother (Elyse) where she gives information about the case. Her ex-husband talks about the case. He is seen as a potential suspect by Marcus. He then talks to a man named Patrick and other suspects. Tim seems to have had violent tendencies.

Marcus talks about a potential suspect in Tim’s murder which they hope leads to solving Tommy’s case at hand. When they talk to the suspect, he points out that he is innocent and hated Tim over a car theft. They find a ticket to a ferry that was planned to be used for a bombing. The plot of this episode is giving me Déjà Vu. (Watch that movie; you’ll understand what I mean.)

The fourth act has Watson talking to Marcus about the planned bombing. They talk to Elyse again over the planned bombing. She reveals that her credit card was stolen and had strange charges on it. We then see Sherlock talking to Tommy. His wife hears some of this conversation. Watson gets security footage of when Tim was taken. This leads Marcus leading police to arrest Patrick.

The fifth act has Patrick confessing to the crime of killing Tim. Tommy was able to learn some of the information relating to this case. His confession does not tie into the planned terrorist attack. Sherlock thinks that Tim is part of a larger terrorist cell. Sherlock tells Watson to continue working cases here while he returns to London to help with cases there. He looks through the information he knows thus far in the case. Sherlock tells police who he is and turns himself in. Let’s see what happens in the next episode.
