Cast Update 12-8-2019

Having an introduction in each post may not seem like that hard a thing to do. But I have to find something to write about over and over again. I hope that I can find something to say that is hopefully interesting. We’ll also see what might happen in terms of when this blog is posted as it might no longer be on Thursdays long term. Just know to expect it to be posted after the first CSI: Cyber blog post of each month. It is obviously not on Thursdays now and might not be on there ever again.

Here is a paragraph that I thought was worth posting in different blogs. I have relied at times on using my town’s local video store in order to see the occasional movie that I would not otherwise be able to see. This place went out of business. I do not know what other local video stores I might be able to rent from. My local library might be able to help out as well. Just know that I may not be able to see stuff I won’t be able to see in theaters now after all. We’ll see what my options wind up being and which blogs will be affected as a result.

Jonny Lee Miller: It seems that he currently has only one project that I know of in the work. It is a movie called Nine Lives. I’ll keep track of anything else that I see him doing in the future. He also appears to be in a movie called Settlers.

Nine Lives: This doesn’t have a release date or a trailer just yet. Despite its name, it has nothing to do with cats. It’s a science fiction movie about a team of humans having to work with clones (I think) all in outer space somewhere for some reason.

Settlers: This doesn’t have a release date or not yet. I’m not entirely sure that this isn’t the same movie as the previous one and imdb is confused. I will keep this as separate for now as I’m not sure what’s happening with this.

Lucy Liu: I saw based on promos that she is in a show known as Why Women Kill. It turns out that she will also be in two other projects. One is called Stage Mother. The other is called The Last Weekend in May. I have no idea when that last project would be set for.

Why Women Kill: This is a CBS all access series that is available already. I can pretty much guess based on the title what this might be about. I probably won’t be able to watch it unless I can see it for free at some point in the future.

Stage Mother: This sounds awful. It relates to the concept of drag which I don’t really like or understand. This might not make Christians look good, but I’m not sure if there is a verse in the bible that speaks out against cross dressing. There might be that I’m not familiar with. This has no release date yet. There is also not a trailer for it either.

The Last Weekend in May: There is no release date for this yet. There also isn’t a trailer or even a plot. If I had to guess, a significant point of this movie relates to the end of the month of May. That might even be a good time to release this movie if they wanted to. If June 1st is a Sunday, then which weekend would the last one in May be? I don’t see this on imdb anymore.

Aidan Quinn: I thought that given his limited role in the final season of Elementary that we might be seeing less of him. Well, it turns out that I was wrong. He will be doing different things. For one, he will be part of the movie Butterfly in the Typewriter that Desmond Harrington will also be in. He will also be in a miniseries called The American Guest. He’ll also be in The Gettysburg Address, which I find unlikely since that already happened in the 1860s. He’ll also be in Spiked.

Butterfly in the Typewriter: From what I understand of the plot, an author struggles to bring a story to life in this movie. I don’t know yet if it is based on a true story. It could be very Meta if you know what that means. It has no release date yet.

The American Guest: This is a miniseries that will air sometime in 2019. It might be international, which means that I might not be able to see it as a result. The plot is unknown as this time, but a potential spoiler about it relates to the role Aidan plays in it: that of Teddy Roosevelt.

The Gettysburg Address: Apparently they are going to milk the whole address into a movie. This seems like a weird choice since Lincoln himself in the address said that people will little remember what they say today. There is no release date yet for this.

Spiked: This has a release date of 1-1-2020. This has no trailer yet. The plot is about issues relating to a small town murder and the feud between a police chief and journalist in that town. It could be interesting, but cliché. This will be on the USA Network.

Jon Michael Hill: While he might do something after the show in good time, there is nothing that I see him doing right now as of yet. I will keep this section phrased like this until he does something that is worth putting down in here.

John Noble: He has a lot of projects in the work, so I might as well get to mentioning all of them. One is called Silencio. Another is called Nameless. A different one is called Stream. Yet another is called Guardians of Luna. I wonder if they’ll all get made. He’s also in something new called Call Waiting. Yet another thing he appears to be in is Home Invasion. I wonder what all he’ll show up in randomly.

Silencio: This was in Mexican and not American theaters. It has a plot mentioned of someone looking for a powerful stone. It has a DVD release time frame of November 2020. I hope to review it when it is out on DVD. It might only be on blu ray and not DVD.

Nameless: This could be interesting. It has no release date or trailer just yet. The plot relates to lost souls facing struggles with their past. It seems like it could be a good film, but it is hard to tell or know yet for sure. It seems like it could be good.

Stream: In this movie, telepathy is made possible, but it could have unforeseen outcomes. This seems like a possible basic premise for Downsizing with a different element of sci-fi used instead. There is not yet a trailer and there’s no release date yet. It only lists his role as rumored, so the movie could wind up happening, but not have him in it.

Guardians of Luna: This plot might be hard to keep track of. So there are werewolves that are part of a cursed town and there’s a war on humans potentially. It has no release date yet nor a trailer. But it does sound pretty interesting.

Call Waiting: This is has no plot listed yet. It’s year of release is 2019. I guess that we will find out later what will happen with this and what the plot of this short might be. Until then, I guess we’ll just wait and see what will happen with it.

Home Invasion: This TV series has little that imdb is revealing thus far. I don’t know what network it would be on. I just know that it will have at least six episodes. It has no release date right now. I must not know a potential plot yet. Check out my facebook group, Firefly: Where are They Now? This might have more updates on this in question since Morena Baccarin is in this as well. Hopefully, something will come of this.

Desmond Harrington: He is set to appear in a movie called Butterfly in the Typewriter, which I’ll explain in the next paragraph. There’s not much else that he’s doing now that I can tell you about and put in this blog. Maybe we’ll find out more about him later.

Butterfly in the Typewriter: I can’t tell yet if this is based off of a true story or not. I do know that it is about the struggles of an author to bring a comedy story to life. It has an unknown release date at this time. I guess we’ll see what comes of it later.

James Frain: While he has done a lot and could potentially have more of a role in previous things that he has done, what is worth noting now is that he will be in a movie called The Jester from Transylvania. I still don’t quite understand what Transylvania is.

The Jester from Transylvania: This has no release date yet. It also doesn’t have a plot mentioned, but it is likely about a jester from Transylvania. Who this jester is and what he or she does that’s important does not seem to be known about the movie yet at this point in time.

Robert Doherty: He is working on something, but I can’t quite understand the name of it right now. I will call it Alive, even though it could be called Alive II. Maybe I’ll understand more of it once more info on it comes out in the future.

Alive: This is a TV movie set to air sometime in 2019. Someone is resurrected mysteriously and this man or woman is a cop. I guess that we’ll see what happens with this project later. Also note that Alive II might be the title and make more sense regarding the bringing someone back from the dead angle. Doesn’t this sound a lot like FOX’s Second Chance from not too long ago?

Emily Procter: She hasn’t done much since CSI: Miami ended. She is a mom so I don’t know if that means she’d be acting less. Maybe she’ll do something at some point. But I don’t see anything that she’s doing just yet. Maybe I’ll see more later.

Cast Update 11-7-2019

I won’t know until it happens what all random posts I might do that aren’t cast updates that will show up in this blog at all. I’m kind of busy in life, but will do what I can of this blog if and when I can. I will do a lot of the Sherlock Holmes franchise whenever I can and can only hope that I can see what I want to of such things. Also, while I won’t know for sure what will happen with this blog, it is unlikely that you’ll see this blog on Thursday next month due to it yielding to another blog.

Jonny Lee Miller: It seems that he currently has only one project that I know of in the work. It is a movie called Nine Lives. I’ll keep track of anything else that I see him doing in the future. He also appears to be in a movie called Settlers.

I have no idea if this is still coming out soon or not and it might only be on blu ray and not DVD.

Cast Update 10-10-2019

One of the main things that I did with this blog was post it on Thursdays. That had to change for a bit this most recent season when I had to yield to other blogs or had work interfere with the blog being posted the same day the episode aired. Another thing that is worth noting is that I have this blog still on Thursdays for at least now. But when I post the blog could change. In order to not have the first cast update of the blog be too close to the second one, I made it happen after the first CSI: Cyber blog post instead of when the first Thursday of the month would be. Just keep an eye out in the beginning of each month and you should hopefully find out what the cast is doing this next month.

Jonny Lee Miller: It seems that he currently has only one project that I know of in the work. It is a movie called Nine Lives. I’ll keep track of anything else that I see him doing in the future. For now, it only seems to be this that I can find.

Cast Update 9-12-2019

There’s not much to say in this introduction except that you will notice that every now and then, I will use different fonts in this blog. Anything that’s new will wind up in this font. I will also be adding a new person in the updates from this point forward. Instinct, which was one of the shows that replaced this one, is over now. I won’t know what will replace it until next summer. This post and a lot of others will contain repeat information so I hope that you can get use to it. Be sure to tell me what is outdated so I can fix it.

Jonny Lee Miller: It seems that he currently has only one project that I know of in the work. It is a movie called Nine Lives. I’ll keep track of anything else that I see him doing in the future. For now, it only seems to be this that I can find.

Emily Procter: She hasn’t done much since CSI: Miami ended. She is a mom so I don’t know if that means she’d be acting less. Maybe she’ll do something at some point. But I don’t see anything that she’s doing just yet.

Cast Update 8-29-2019

Welcome to the first of many planned cast updates for this blog. If you ever saw these in my CSI: Cyber or Good Wife blogs, then you’d know what this is about. I will tell you about each of the actors from this show and the creator of this show and keep track of their careers after the show is over. This will keep saying the same thing a lot in most posts after this month. Hopefully, things won’t be too outdated in the future with all of these. Gone is my usual sign off replaced with a schedule of when projects will come out in the future. Also note that when it comes to the list I was getting rid of Copacabana wound up on Sunday’s list and Madagascar wound up on Friday’s list. Now let’s get to the update.

Jonny Lee Miller: It seems that he currently has only one project that I know of in the work. It is a movie called Nine Lives. I’ll keep track of anything else that I see him doing in the future. For now, it only seems to be this that I can find.

Nine Lives: This doesn’t have a release date or a trailer just yet. Despite its name, it has nothing to do with cats. It’s a science fiction movie about a team of humans having to work with clones (I think) all in outer space somewhere for some reason.

Aidan Quinn: I thought that given his limited role in the final season of Elementary that we might be seeing less of him. Well, it turns out that I was wrong. He will be doing different things. For one, he will be part of the movie Butterfly in the Typewriter that Desmond Harrington will also be in. He will also be in a miniseries called The American Guest. He’ll also be in The Gettysburg Address, which I find unlikely since that already happened in the 1860s.

Jon Michael Hill: While he might do something after the show in good time, there is nothing that I see him doing right now as of yet. I will keep this section phrased like this until he does something that is worth putting down in here.

The two actors from this show that were covered in my CSI: Cyber blog are now in this blog. I am leaving them here in that font as you originally would have last seen them in that blog until things change and it becomes more integrated with this blog. It will be a bit outdated in at least this post.

John Noble: I don’t yet know if I’ll review some of what he does in my Elementary blog when the show is on hiatus like I did with True to the Game. But he has a lot of projects in the work, so I might as well get to mentioning all of them. One is called Silencio. Another is called Nameless. A different one is called Stream. Yet another is called Guardians of Luna. I wonder if they’ll all get made. He’s also in something new called Call Waiting.

Silencio: This looks like it will be Mexican and might not be in American theaters. It has a plot mentioned of someone looking for a powerful stone. It has a DVD release time frame of November 2019. I hope to review it when it is out on DVD. I just hope that I can review it in my Elementary blog before it comes back and when it isn’t during Lent. I have no idea if this is still coming out soon or not and it might only be on blu ray and not DVD.

Desmond Harrington: Here’s another actor from Elementary that I’m putting in this blog now. What is he doing now in life? Well, he is set to appear in a movie called Butterfly in the Typewriter, which I’ll explain in the next paragraph.

Elementary Send Off Post

Well, Elementary is over. There will never be another new episode of the show again. I’m glad at least that it ended well and on its own terms. I don’t think that it lasted too long and ran out of good ideas, nor was its time too short. It didn’t end on a cliffhanger or otherwise bad finale. Still, I feel like posting a song of lament for it. I give you The Soft Goodbye.

With this show ending, another will be sure to replace it. In fact, that has already sort of happened twice. It was a summer show this last season so I won’t know until June (or whenever the summer schedule is announced) what its final replacement will be. It was replaced at one point by Instinct. It was also sort of replaced by FBI. I’ll keep track of what replaces it in the future.

I’ve mentioned some of this before, but I can’t really do a proper send off post to this blog without also talking about some of the finale. I couldn’t exactly make sense of some of the finale. But I was able to get enough of it to consider it more middle of the road in terms of ending. It wasn’t one that will go down as one of the greatest, but it isn’t bad either. There were still two evil groups that still needed to be fought and Sherlock wanted to make sure he was fighting them. Thus, it is kind of open ended as most of the team would still continue the fight.

Something that I don’t quite understand is that Marcus was at one point going to be a Marshall, but they seemed to abandon that plot point with little to know explanation. Did I miss the resolution? Did he simply reject it and I missed when this happened? Why even bring it into the series as a plot point just to abandon it with little to know explanation?

Now even though this show is ending, the blog will continue. What would I do? Well, if you ever went to my CSI: Cyber blog like I suggested the two times this show and blog were both on hiatus, you would know that I was doing cast updates on the show. I’ll talk about any and all projects that the cast and man who created this show are doing now. I’ll do reviews where I can of new things.

Here’s the point of the blog now. It will cover Jonny Lee Miller, Lucy Liu, Aidan Quinn, Jon Michael Hill, John Nobel, Desmond Harrington, James Frain, and Robert Doherty. I do plan to add at least one person from the cast of CSI: Miami. I would post about Nelsan Ellis, but since he died and his last project has come out, there’s really no need to keep him in this blog at all. But this continued blog will be dedicated to his continued memory.

While I will be doing cast updates, also expect random posts in addition to cast updates. You will know in the next post what the cast updates are and are like. I’ll try to talk more about the Sherlock Holmes franchise, maybe doing reviews here and there of other things relating to Sherlock Holmes. I need to read The Hound of the Baskervilles sometime. I should keep track of which books I’m reading in what I call the rotation of books. The current four that I’m reading are The Sentinels, Deadly Heat, Amazonia, and The Silmarillion. If I added The Hound of The Baskervilles to the rotation, I may take out the others and just read that until I’m done with it.

This show has had a good run. I’m even a bit surprised that it lasted as long as it did. But I plan to be back at least once a month with cast updates. Expect them on Thursdays for now after the first Friday of each month. When it is posted might be subject to change depending on what other blogs might do as well. But I hope that you continue reading this blog if you want to and you will learn about what the cast of this show is doing. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.

August 15th 2019’s Episode

I have no idea what I should be saying about this blog post before the episode airs. I’m a bit worried that it might not be a good ending. If that’s the case, this blog will be replaced by a new one and the next post of it will be the last one. If that’s not the case and I either do like the ending or it is more average and in the middle ground of finales, then this blog will continue the way my CSI: Cyber and Good Wife blogs continued after their respective endings. You’ll see more of what happens in the next post. I also might not waste any time telling you why this blog would be later than Thursday if that’s the case. Know that I might have to abandon watching it in the middle of the episode to continue it later.

Whatever happens in this blog, I’ll have to find a new blog to post links to previous episodes of Madam Secretary in. This will be the last one that I share. I mention watching Farscape in it which I’m watching more of since a friend is letting me borrow the fourth season. I also complain about things airing or not airing against award shows. But I was wrong thinking that only The Golden Globes have regular shows on against it. I also talk about all the Sunday shows that I watch at the time. I’m watching Instinct and am not into Bulletproof having seen it once. I might watch more of To Tell the Truth and Celebrity Family Feud. The shows I was watching on Sundays changed recently.

Movie update: On Friday, I watched Pooh’s Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin.  That was replaced with Rat Race from Saturday’s old list. On Saturday, I watched The Aristocats. I replaced that with The Sound of Music from Saturday’s old list. On Sunday, I had no time to watch movies. On Monday, I watched part of my crossover tape. That will be the last movie update of this blog. I will now be moving these updates to my Madam Secretary blog again.

Let’s recap the choices one last time before the list is moved and changed as a result. Sunday’s list is Bambi, Decker Family DVD, Ice Age, The Lion King 1 ½, Pleasantville, and Shrek 2. The dissolving list is Copacabana and Madagascar. I might keep you updated here by what happens with those two choices. Friday’s list is Adventures in Babysitting, Beauty and the Beast, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, Lilo and Stitch, Rat Race, and Titanic. Saturday’s list is Bean: the Movie, the crossover tape that I have of 3 crossovers, Nature Documentaries, The Omega Code, The Princess Bride, and The Sound of Music.

There are two more videos that I want to share in this blog post. I’ll also share another in next week’s one. I share a lot of YouTube videos in most of my blogs. The first one contains a counterpoint to a video that I shared earlier. After sharing Everything Great about Rogue One, I shared Everything Wrong with Everything Great about Rogue One. Now, I’m sharing a video by the same channel as the second one that sinned his own Everything Wrong with Everything Great about Rogue One video. I’ll share the name of this and when that part of the video begins. He admitted in the comments of another video that it was a mistake to sin CinemaWins.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MrgXtfDQ13o (The resinneninging, part starts at 16:41)

Since I kept sharing the ten or less versions of the CSI: Miami theme songs, I thought that it would make sense for me to share the complete version of the song: Won’t Get Fooled Again. This is a lyric video of the song in question. I can’t tell by comparison where they get the theme song portion for the song or if they did an original, shorter version of the song for the TV show.

I’m not sure if I have that many thoughts before the finale. SPOILER. I heard that there will be a time jump in it at some point in time. Maybe this whole episode will take place in the future. END SPOILER. I hope that it is good. I’m just remembering that the How I Met Your Mother finale revealed little about the episode in the promo for it and it sucked. But there wasn’t much revealed in the promos for the series finale of The Big Bang Theory and that was pretty good. I guess I’ll see what happens. I mean, there might be a major spoiler in the beginning of the episode like in The Flash’s season 3 finale which is why they didn’t reveal much about it. I just hope that I can watch this all in good time.

The first act has us beginning with a newscast on a trial of Odin. Why are the tech guys always evil? The only except I can think of is Jason Bourne. Odin was found guilty and given a life sentence. Joan Watson talks about the case and how the supposed murder of Sherlock was a crime Odin was never charged with. Marcus comes in with a case. Watson sees a child that’s important in some way. Marcus is now captain of the NYPD.

Watson talks to a man at her house about Moriarty and learns that she is dead. Since Watson was named Sherlock’s sole heir, she is getting a mystery package from Moriarty. While talking to a friend named Lois, Watson wonders what to do regarding the case. Sherlock shows back up to her house and place where she lives. Someone is trying to kill Watson. She needs Sherlock’s help solving the case.

The second act has Sherlock talking about the mulled head stone of his. Watson was able to stage part of the crime scene to help plant the idea that he was dead. She was also mad at him for not contacting him before. Moriarty is still alive and in control of her criminal enterprise again. Sherlock has been taking on various identities and doing various cases throughout the world. Watson finds that the man who contacted her, the attorney, wound up dead. She arranges a meeting with Sherlock to talk more about the case. Also, the random child is one that she adopted. Sherlock tells Watson not to mention that she knows the victim.

Sherlock explains more about what he has been doing and why he stopped contacting Watson. He knew that she would always look out for him. He didn’t want her child in danger. Watson had told Tommy and Marcus that Sherlock was alive. This leads Marcus to punching him over this.

The third act has Marcus explaining that he is married now with a child. Tommy retired and his wife had died. The team was at the dead man’s house looking for clues to his murder. They talk to a man about the case. They are looking for a man named Adair. Sherlock looks through evidence with a card and tells Watson that he thinks someone other than Moriarty was behind this. Where did the card come from? Watson talks to a woman from Moriarty’s organization. She admits to killing this man, but also using Watson to learn more information that she otherwise wouldn’t have.

Adair was the name of the dead man, not a person of interest. He was killed by Moriarty’s people since he used her name in vein as if she’s some sort of god. While underground, Sherlock called Watson and loses the signal when he runs into the crooked NSA agent.

The fourth act has Sherlock expecting to talk to Odin instead of his agent. He was cleared from this as Odin wanted to keep the NSA out of it. This man wants to recruit Sherlock to be a government agent. Sherlock thinks that there is a catch. Can Sherlock keep being a ghost? Watson and Marcus talk to each other about what Sherlock has been up to lately. There is a secret that Watson is keeping.

Sherlock then shows up at her house. Elerey, Moriarty’s associate, knew too much about Sherlock’s adventures. He wants to take up McNelly’s (the NSA agent) offer in order to pit Moriarty’s evil organization against the one that Odin has. They both know that Sherlock is alive. Sherlock talks to Tommy and gives him a hug. Sherlock had or almost had a drug relapse. Tommy reveals the secret about Watson. He learned about the Talivech case. Watson has cancer. She will be starting chemo soon.

The fifth act has yet another time jump of one year with Moriarty having died during this time. McNelly talks to Sherlock about the offer Sherlock declined. Sherlock doesn’t regret not doing this time jump. We see him talking to Watson and wanting to prove that Moriarty is dead for sure. Watson wants to return to work and it seems that they are talking to Marcus about doing that together. Here the series ends with it unknown whether or not they are returning to work. Sherlock finds more proof that Moriarty is still alive and they need to hunt her down.

Here the series ends. I say that this is about a middle of the road or average series finale. It wasn’t that great an ending, but it wasn’t bad. I tend to like the “off to the next adventure” endings, if only not to hate certain series finales that end on cliffhangers or things like it. We never saw much of Odin in the last episode and I don’t know if that’s good or bad. It seemed to be mostly unrelated to other episodes which is kind of random. But I do like the ending.

Now what’s going to happen with this blog? Well, stay tuned to it as the posts are far from over. In fact, they have no current end date in sight. Pay attention as the next two Thursdays should each have a new post of this blog in it. You will then see a post at least once a month, but maybe not on Thursdays like you have been used to. Potential days of the week that you’ll see this blog on are on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. It could wind up on other days as well. Next will be a special send off post of it then I’ll get to doing something else. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.

August 8th 2019’s Episode

There’s not much to say as this show winds down to the end. It will be over soon and this blog might continue or it might not, depending on if I find the ending to be terrible or not. There will be at least one blog post after the series finale, but will probably be more. You’ll see what the cast updates will be like and it won’t be able to happen the first time until after the CSI: Cyber blog of mine, which currently has two people from this show mentioned in it. I need those people transferred here.

The last Schoolhouse Rock video that I’m going to share is Little Twelve Toes. I won’t be sharing any more. Maybe I should share more of the computer game that has me so interested in multiplication rock that I’m sharing here now. This video teaches you multiples of twelve. They never went higher with the multiples such as going through 13 or higher. I think that 37 would be interesting.

If you read my Madam Secretary blog, you will know that every other main post included a link to one of the posts of this blog. Well, I’m now going to put a link to main posts from Madam Secretary in this blog. I’ll have to find some other place to put these blog posts in later. In this blog post, I talk about Christmas things as this was a sort of Christmas episode. There was an attack on people in this blog. I also notice that the villain thinks that the wrong person is the traitor, something that happens often in shows and movies. I think that I mentioned the delays of shows as well, but probably not by much. This episode ends on a cliffhanger, but don’t worry: I’ll get the next episode in the next post.

The first act has Watson wondering if Sherlock is okay since his father is dead. The woman who had worked for Odin and was going to turn on him was killed in a house fire. Sherlock goes to the scene of the crime where he notices that it isn’t his father’s car there at the crime scene. Sherlock notices that they are being watched. The government has a secret system, a machine, that spies on you every hour of every day. Wait, that’s a different TV show. The car explodes.

The second act has the team, all okay, talking to Tommy about what to do. He wants them on protective detail. Tommy confronts Odin himself. Odin thinks that Sherlock shared his theory. It’s more than a theory. A theory of the song that I used to play. Is there a reason that Odin isn’t arrested? Do they not have enough proof to take him in? Sherlock notices that a watch on his father’s body doesn’t match the watch that he should have. Why would they steal a watch? Marcus talks to a man at a store about the watch in question. Marcus tells the rest of the team about this. More police look through a house. This is where Sherlock finds that a person killed three hours and burned their bodies.

The third act has the medical examiner talking about the victims, all of whom used to be in the military. He believes that the killing was execution style. The ME likes Odin and has one of his phones. We then see a man talking to his daughter. Sherlock talks to this man. While this man thinks that Sherlock might have crossed a line by showing up here, Sherlock insists that he doesn’t mean any harm to either of them. This man will wind up in prison, according to Sherlock.

Marcus and Watson talk to an older man who can tell them about Adreeanos or whatever it is called. Who or what is that? I have no idea as it seems random. Odin then runs on a trail to talk to the man that Sherlock talked about in the car earlier. Odcor has issues that Odin wants to fix. He is very angry at all of this. Back at Sherlock’s home, a pizza that Watson ordered arrives. Their security detail is sure that there is not any poison in this food. Watson has a lead into a possible person who can testify about Odin. I’ve seen enough two parters of Matlock to know what could happen.

Sherlock and Watson talk to the old man who is dying who might know more about the case, but he doesn’t want to say anything outside of wanting a lawyer. Maybe he is the key to all of this. Or maybe, we won’t be able to take the big bad down until the series finale.

The fourth act has a prosecutor saying that this older man, Frederick, can’t be charged right now. All that Sherlock thinks that he’s done has made the case worse by tipping off Odin unintentionally. Back in his house, he talks about being the only Holmes left. Privately, he talks to Watson. He thinks that they have to plan a murder of their own. Odin talks to his associate about what to do over the cases.

Watson tells Marcus that Sherlock is about to make a mistake. Odin is on a bridge where Sherlock is. Sherlock has a gun as he explains how he arranged this meeting. Odin doesn’t think that Sherlock will shoot him. They talk to each other about various things. Sherlock does pull out a gun on Odin. Gun shots are heard as Odin is arrested with Sherlock having fallen into the river.

The fifth act has Marcus worried over Sherlock who is missing in the river. They can’t find him. Is he dead? I doubt it. Tommy talks to the now arrested Odin. Odin is being charged with murder. He claims that he shot Sherlock in self defense. Tommy is convinced that premeditation happened with the killing. While Tommy isn’t sure that Odin will be convicted of Sherlock’s murder, he is convinced that he will be able to take down his criminal organization. Marcus talks to Watson about how Sherlock might have lured Odin out onto the bridge. A living Sherlock is in a foreign country wanting to buy a place.

On the next Elementary, it is time to say goodbye. Hear the song that I sing to you, when the time has come to fly. I’m not sure when the next update will be. I think that it should be on Thursday, but if it is not, it should be back on Sunday or Monday. There will be a post after it regardless of what else might happen in the show. They haven’t revealed much about the finale in the promo, which might honestly be a red flag of sorts. I don’t know if I’ll be able to see the episode live depending on what happens with possible family visits or stuff like that. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.

August 1st 2019’s Episode

As I’m writing this post, I’m unable to know for sure when I’m going to be able to post it. What I do know is that if I do the cast updates of this blog, the posts might no longer be on Thursdays. But I have a temporary job and this post might not be posted until Sundays. If you see me writing in the old font that I haven’t had to use since the show was on Sundays, that means that I joined the episode in progress. We’ll see when this is published.

Movie update: On Friday, I watched American Dreamz. I replaced that with Adventures in Babysitting. On Saturday, I watched Absolute Power. I was unable to replace that with anything. Thus, Tuesday’s list will now be on Saturday while Saturday’s list gets dissolved.

On Sunday, I watched Celtic Woman: Destiny. I had actually reviewed this the first time I saw this in my Madam Secretary blog. I’ll post a link to that blog post next. Now that I know the set list, I might as well post what it is. Destiny intro, Siúil A Rún, Ride On, The Whole of the Moon, The Hills of Ireland, You Raise Me Up, Sí do Mhaimeó í, How Can I Keep from Singing, Skyrim Theme (Dragonborn), My Land, Bean Pháidín, I See Fire, Isle of Innisfree, Tír na nÓg, Sometimes a Prayer Will Do, Amazing Race, Óró Sé Do Bheatha ‘Bhaile, Like an Angel Passing Through My Room, Walk Beside Me, The Butterfly, and Westering Home. I don’t think that I got it right in the blog post.

Celtic Woman: Destiny was replaced by The Lion King 1 ½ from Saturday’s old list. At this point, I’ll have to take a break from movie watching in general as I will just not have time for it since I’ll be doing a temp job that will take up a lot of time that I would normally spend watching movies. I should have another update in this blog before the show is over. Either that or it will be in my Madam Secretary blog in the first post of that season. I should post a reminder of where the list stands at some point before the end.

Something that I should tell you about is the Odin summons from the Final Fantasy series. I found what might be a good, quick video about it considering how I don’t really have the time to explain all of the summons from each of the games that he appeared in. I hope this is a good video in the meantime. I might have to find some other blog to post these summons in.

Now another video that seems simple at first and then gets a bit more complicated is Good Eleven. It explains the multiples of eleven. Thankfully, it doesn’t stop at 9x11 like it possibly could. You won’t see that good a multiple again until either 37 or 101.

So work ended up taking a long time and I don’t think that I would have been able to see the episode by the end of Thursday as I would have wanted to. This is why this is now published on Sunday instead. I know this will mess up my Good Fight blog, but that shouldn’t matter too much. Keep in mind that I will be doing this job next Thursday and then will be back to normal until it possibly changes again for more of a long term time than this. I won't know for sure myself when this blog will be posted in the future.

The first act has Watson explaining the Wesley case to Sherlock. She thinks that it wasn’t his fault. He points out to her that he had eyes on Wesley’s house and the feed cut. He thinks that Odin staged the scene to look like a murder suicide or otherwise cut something and kept it secret from them. Sherlock brings in his father, Morland, to help on the case.

The second act has Sherlock explaining more to Morland about what all had happened. Morland says that he has friends in high places that could help solve the case. Meanwhile, Odin talks to his associate, a woman whose name I don’t know, about some of what is going on. A Mr. Pringle talks to a person who wants him to be careful with his gun. Shouldn’t everyone be careful with them? Stuart Pringle decides to go in as bait, pretending to be a would be killer in order to be sought out by Odin.

Morland talks about his son to a woman. Sherlock is then seen with a woman who he captured before she could do harm to Stuart. Sherlock admits to inventing Stuart in order to lure her here. She had come with a gun and it made more sense as to why she was sort of kidnapped by him. Watson and a man look through her house in the meantime. They find more of what they need to in order to find out what was the way their crimes were done. They were using fake shopping to real addresses in order to explain to others what had gone on. Watson thinks that she found another victim.

The third act has Sherlock talking to the woman he kidnapped? He talks to her about a Talia that she had killed. There is blue blood (Fridays at 10/9 Central only CBS) that was able to link her to the crime. He wants to help her due to the problems she now has. Back at his home, Watson throws tissue paper around on camera. I have no idea why. They talk more about how to take down the big bad. What is with the crab blood anyways? They seem to use it a lot in this episode. Why did Odin want to take out Talia anyways? They don’t quite know just yet. Someone gives Odin an ultimatum: he has to resign from his company in order to get half of the world to join it. Sherlock realizes after researching more of the case that Talia was killed in order for Odin to make more money.

The fourth act has Marcus talking to Sherlock more about the cases. Odin comes to see Sherlock at the precinct. Odin didn’t want to be recorded. He explains that he shouldn’t be forced out of Odkor since he uses it to save lives. Odin claims that Talia’s death was to save more lives. Sherlock is convinced that she was an innocent life. Watson then talks to the captive woman. Was she convinced that Talia was a bad person when she wasn’t? Sherlock talks to Morland about the case and other things. Morland claims that he always comes. This can’t be true as a recurring theme in early seasons was that he never shows. I wasn’t even sure he would show up in the show.

The possibly captive woman is emotional explaining some of what had gone on. She might have been manipulated in some way into doing what she did. Was it like how Bobby Malone died? They want her to go forward to the police about Talia’s death and two others that she was assigned. Morland talks to the woman from earlier. He is able to deduce that she is now on Odin’s side.

The fifth act is when Sherlock talks to Tommy. We haven’t seen enough of him and Marcus this episode. Sherlock finally tells Tommy about the Odin case. Tommy blames himself for what went on since he was the one who got shot. Sherlock sees Marcus and Watson together. Morland is dead.

On the next Elementary, I can’t gather much from the promo. It seems that Sherlock wants to plan a murder of his own. A real one? I hope not. You’d think that they would solving Morland’s death for sure in it, even though it wouldn’t be too hard to figure out that Odin or one of his associates would be the one responsible. I guess we’ll have to wait until next week for the penultimate episode of this show to air. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.
